Polymer Stamp Material
Polymer Gel – US
50 GRADE PHOTOPOLYMER RESIN is an excellent high definition grade for making POLYMER stamps. It will deliver excellent print quality with minimal dot gain for demanding print requirements. 50 GRADE is a special formulation to provide faster exposure times, deliver harder crisper images and gives the user more control with higher viscosity and more controlled pouring by hand. You will experience the benefits of a wide exposure latitude, allowing you to hold open reverses while maintaining fine relief. 50 Grade also has superior UV resistance, delivering durable high quality impressions for years to come.
50 GRADE liquid polymer is available in 2 colors
Clear, Orange & Red
Packing available in:
• 20 Kg Pail
• 1 Kg Pai
Polymer gel – Polymech
Polymer gel is an imported material, the brand name is Polymech. It is the main ingredient for making polymer stamps, also known as liquid polymer or polymer resin. This is the base for any polymer stamp. Its available in 2 color Clear & Red Available in 18 kg drum packing.
Polymer Gel – MacDermid
Polymer gel is an imported material, the brand name is macdermid. It is the main ingredient for making polymer stamps, also known as liquid polymer or polymer resin. This is the base for any polymer stamp. Its available in 1 color Orange, Available in 18 kg drum packing.
Subtract Sheet / Back Layer Sheet
This is imported material, which is another main part of polymer stamp, it works like flooring or like base plate for polymer to make polymer stamp, and it looks like a plastic transparent film having one side plane and other side rough surface. It gives the base to polymer stamp as stamp get strengthen because of subtract sheet.
It’s available normally in 20 x 24 size, but can be resized in 10 x 14 Size sheet or other words one full sheet of 20 x 24 equals to 4 sheet of 10 x 14.
Daylight Film / Negative Film – Agfa
This is the third part which is require to manufacture the polymer stamp, daylight film is a photo film which has to be develop with the help of developer solution, it has to be kept and handled very cautiously as it catches the meteors very soon and can’t be used if once exposed in sun light, so must be avoided to cut or remove in direct sun light but can be very well used at dim light. This product is imported and available in following sizes – rolls of 20” x 30 mar. 22” x 30 mar. And 60 mtr. It can be re sized in 10 x 8 sizes and 10 x 12 sizes.
It’s an imported plastic transparent film which is very thin in micron and requires covering the daylight film while pouring the polymer over the negative film and exposing the polymer. This film comes in roll format and having weight of 1 K.G. it’s available in 8” 10” and 12” size.
Hardening powder is chemical solvent, which is useful to give strength to the polymer stamp as it’s require to use after cleaning the stamp by power wash solvent. It comes in white powder format, and normally available in 1 kg packing.
A developer and B developer are the solvent and looks like white powder, it requires to develop the day light films, the procedure of using A+B developer is mentioned in project report. These solvent are light and water sensitive and get exposed once comes in contact with water so must be avoided with moisture and should be kept at dry place. It’s available in packing of 600 gm. And normally to be sold as per set.
This is the solvent require to fix the cover foil over the daylight film as applicator sticks with the glass over the negative and help to create between daylight film and cover foil. It comes normally in light yellow or light brown color and looks like cream or gel, available in packing of 1 kg. 1 kg material is sufficient to make 10,000 stamps.
